Mergers will combine various companies into a new entity, while acquisitions will involve purchasing a target company and bringing it under Beverly Group’s control. The Group is entering the M&A market to achieve operational synergies, expand into new markets, acquire know-how, and diversify risk.

M&A operations will unfold across five key phases: strategy and scouting; valuation and letter of intent; due diligence; signing and closing; and, finally, post-closing integration. Beverly Group will be supported by specialized financial and legal advisors to ensure the success of these transactions.
