2. Independence

We commit to ensuring—for ourselves and our associates—independence from the client and from any entities or companies that may have interests or ties to the clients themselves. In carrying out our activities, we adhere to criteria of objectivity and consistency regarding the objectives to be achieved, guided by principles of equality among our clients and equal dignity between consultant and client.

3. Confidentiality

We commit to not disclosing—without specific written authorization—information regarding the activities and interests of clients that we have learned of during the performance of the engagement.

Such information is covered by professional secrecy and will be treated as strictly confidential, even within the client’s own organization.

We will not use information acquired during the course of our activities for our own benefit or for the benefit of third parties.

5. Practicality and effectiveness

Our goal is to deliver concrete results to the client within the scheduled timeframes and in the agreed-upon manner; we commit to communicating the details and implementation methods of the service to the client to ensure the achievement of the engagement's objectives.

When evaluating objectives, we consider both short- and long-term factors that may influence the service provided and the results achieved by the client.

Results will be communicated to the client clearly and effectively. 6. Transparency and Oversight
